I’m building on my first gaming PC. Does the system look solid? I'm open to any suggestions...
Budget Range:$1000-$1350
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming mainly, surfing the internet, hobby 3D-modeling…
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: NewEgg, Amazon, Microcenter (in-store is fine)
Country: U.S.A.
Parts Preferences: Not picky, but Intel and Nvidia.
Overclocking: No.
SLI or Crossfire: Not now, but maybe in the far future.
Additional Comments: Portability is a factor (case comes with handle, and other nice features for traveling). The GPU is a little large for the case, but the drive-bays it interferes with can be removed, so not a big deal for me. Is the PSU enough for this current build?.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780 3GB Video Card
Case: Cooler Master Storm Scout 2 Advanced ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit)
Wireless Network Adapter: Rosewill N900PCE 802.11a/b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter

I would swap the CPU out with the 4670k better performance for not much more.
Get Corsair Vengeance ram, the 1333 speed could be improved on.
The CX line has some low quality capacitors, so get an XFX/Seasonic model etc.

Put the 5670K from Intel's mainstream socket, the 1155 socket is the old one I believe.
Better RAM.
Threw in an SSD for faster booting of your OS.
Swapped the GPU for an EVGA because I've been reading a lot of reviews of unstable Gigabyte cards. I love the look of the Gigabyte, but it looks like they might be unstable at the 780/780ti standard which isn't really worth that kind of money, which is a shame.
Decent power supply, instead of the CX series Corsair.

Well, stock coolers sound like jet planes taking off.

I understand that there is a combo-deal at micro-center with the I5 and the ASrock board. Didn't notice that! Thanks for the help. Any other suggestions are appreciated.
