Hi folks!

I'm planning to build my first gaming PC from scratch and would really appreciate any comments on my proposed parts list.

I'd like to be able to play a mix of single- and multi-player games on high-ish settings, e.g. Cyberpunk / highly-modded Skyrim and Civilization 6 / Overwatch.

Is there anything obvious I've missed or would this be a reasonable build?

Many thanks in advance!

Overall, that looks to be a solid, and well balanced system. I would spend a little extra, to get a regular ATX version, of that board. An M-Atx will look really small in there. I know nothing about that cooler, but the Deepcool AK400 is a decent one, and basically the same price. Unless you care about Nvidia specific features, you may want to consider an RX 6700xt. Performance is similar, at 1440p, and you get more Vram, making you better equipped for newer titles, in the future.
