Help with fps

I am using i5-4460
I am buying 1050 ti
People said at streamers settings I get 100 FPS but on userbenchmark it says it’s constant 60 is there a problem with the website or is there a problem with my processor ?

here it says constant 60

that estimates it, and that's max settings if you go to low it shows 100-140. you should get well over 60 in fortnite
