I need help pls for upgrading my Intel i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz
and MSI mobo MS-7586
I want to spent no more than 300-400$ and im using it ONLY for gaming

If you have DDR3 then its i5-4590 with a h97 board. If you want to spend more money you can go for i5-4690k and z97.
