Question Help with getting RAM to run at 2133

I am currently running a old build (long story as to why but, I built this computer with all used part mostly from Q3,Q42014 and Q1,Q2 of 2015 so the specs are as follows

Asus maximus extreme VI
i54460 (upgrading to i7 4790K in the next week or two I just bought on Ebay)
Gskill RipJaws X 2x8G 2133Mhz

I'm pretty sure I need to OC this RAM to 2133 as it won't run at that by default
the Task manager says 2133 after I went in to the Bios and changed the RAM frequency (under the advanced tab but i could be wrong)
however when I look at specy and CPUZ are saying 1064mhz what am i missing ?

I'm new to the OCing thing so bare with me an thanks in advance

CPU-z etc are showing 1064MHz because DDR = Double Data Rate.

So 1064 x2 = 2128, close enough to 2133MHz.
