I want a GPU that can play all my games with no problems.

My games Metro 2033, Dota 2, TF2, Chivalry: Medieval Warfare, Dues Ex, WarZ etc.

I really want some thing good that will handle these with out me having to worry.

Please help my budget is $200 to $250

Solution
200-250 tends to be:

2gb HD 7850, Gtx 660, HD 7870 and 7870 (Tahiti)LE(nerfed 7950, cards in this category are Sapphire 7870 XT and Powercolor Myst)

as of the current monent in neweggs terms, the best price to performance would probably be the Powercolor 7870 Myst. comes with Tomb Raider and Bioshock Infinite since its the never settle bundle revamp period

So which do you prefer the Powercolor 7870 myst or this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130833

on pure graphical power, the Myst 7870 should have a large margin. I did mention that its Tahiti LE(nerfed 7950, think of it like a 7930). It in my opinon is the best value to performance card as of the moment, as it is priced the same as normal 7870 but performs much better. The EVGA 660 FTW Signature(my friend has one, I have first hand experience sort of with it) will have a better power consumption, and cooling performance, but I do not think it will be enough to go on the 7870 LE's level, especially if you end up playing games like Metro 2033 and Crysis, as those two games like their bandwidth levels on the gpu high for performance reasons.

keep in mind clocks on this generic page

660 vs 7870

and have a comparison. NOTE SETTINGS AS WELL. after that, change the 660 to a 7950 and compare the two 7950 vs 7870

then the 7870 mist should perform inbetween the two, give or take that most benches have gpus at STOCK clocks and not factory overclocked at all. so add a few fps depending on the card(Picairns/tahiti OC scale is better than the 660's, as the oc scale increases with the strength of the nvidia cards because of the fewer restrictions on them as you pay more.)

from what I'm seeing the gtx 660 will run faster because it has a higher clock speed then the normal 660 plus the 7870 they used was at 1000 mhz so it would probably run about the same fps as the power color 7870 you showed me right?

no, as the chip was based off of tahiti and not picairn, which is what you have to differentiate. AMD had different families of gpus, 7700, 7800 and 7900 with distinct differences between each one. the 600 series was easier to read, as each level was basically a cut down version of the one before it. treat the 7870 LE more like a 7950 than a 7870

TPU's review would be more indicative of the differences

I think I'm gonna get the 7870 ^^ but one last questions (sorry for so many) I shouldn't worry about not having enough power for this should I? just in case you don't remember I have a corsair cx500 500w

EDIT: Also do you think I would be able to over clock with this card and this power supply? with no worries

The GTX 600 series. SO a GTX660 670 680 690
I have a GTX 680, got it when it first came out but was gona go with AMD, research led me to get a Niveda instead. And I love mine. Can take anything I through at it. Only issue I have ever had is thats it's an early model that they fan speed is locked at 60% tops for some reason lol.(Even with only 60% fan it will run everything on ultra and x16 ect at <60C

I thought about it I was going to get a 660 ti ftw sig 2 but it was just more then what I wanted to pay and the 660 is good an all but the Radeon I'm getting is better for the price and it's that same as the gtx I was looking at but I really don't know because I really like Nvidia and I like the look of evga's cards but I really want what is best for performance and price

That is true. I had money to blow on my PC, and it is amazing because of it. But Niveda is pricey, and AMD is a fair comparison for the price.
Wish you well on the card!
