Seems like you either have a desktop or a SFF. Can you tell me the model of power supply?

Cheap and low power suggestions could be AMD HD7750, shouldn't need to upgrade anything else (such as PSU) with this card. You can pick them up on eBay for like £35-40. I had one until recently and its a great little card.

Be handy to know your PC specs though...
