Help with Graphics card

I am looking to decide on one of these Graphics cards. My purpose is to connect the desktop to the HDTV via HDMI and connect the monitor via the DVI. I am assuming I don't have to connect the audio cable separately from the desktop to the HDTV, cos the HDMI cable should take care of that. But I am not sure where I read, I think it was on some other Graphics card reviews on Newegg that they couldn't get the audio from the HDMI, which I couldn't believe. Can anybody throw some light on these cards, or could suggest something else, with fan, that would be great too. I am looking for under $50 price range.

Under $50 any graphics card will struggle to run two monitors let alone one of them be a TV at a good resolution and quility.
