Help With Hard Drive Wiped Screen!

I built my sister a computer, I have built computers before. For some reason though, whenever i go to boot up the computer, with our without windows, it takes me to a screen that says, in order...

I have hit every key, it does not let me pass it. I can hit f12 to boot up windows before this screen, then when i select where to boot windows from it takes me to this screen. HELP! Please and thank you.

Hmm... it sounds to me like it's part of the BIOS setup to pretest the HDD before the OS is installed. Did you ever have Windows installed or are you just now trying to install it?

Can you boot into a system rescue disk and run a virus scan? Also, try using it to run testdisk
