Question Help with little network problem

Can someone help with little problem i have, i messed with services and i think i turned something off, my network says no network but it works what service could it be?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Make and model information for modem, router, (or modem/router if combined).

What network connectivity are you using - wired or wireless?

What specifically did you mess with and why? What problem were you trying to solve or what change were you attempting?

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt. Post the results.
