Help with Logitech G600 MMO mouse

Yesterday after playing TERA for a while I decided to bind some actions to my new MMO mouse, it worked excellently until G12 key stopped working. I don't want to pull it apart but will if it's the only viable way to fix it I will. When I bought the mouse, it was the last on the shelf in a clearance sale so the chances of me getting another one are pretty slim.

Any ideas on a fix?

Does the G12 key still light up?

Have you tried changing the profiles on it or updating the firmware?

Odd that you could have killed it that fast. I had a G600 for a couple years and heavily played GW2 and it is still working as my work mouse.

Thanks for the quick reply, the G12 key does still light up, I have the latest logitech software (to my knowledge). I have tried changing the profiles to see if there was a problem with the main one I use, it still did not work.

Currently I have had the mouse since august 4th, I'm guttered it's stopped working now 🙁

By firmware I meant the mouse. There is a option in the software to check for a new firmware. I would try that. If it still does not work I would contact Logitech support. They are pretty good about getting their users back up and the G600 is still a mouse they make so they might have to send you a new one.

"Firmware version: U77.02_B0017 (up to date, last checked 2015-9-15)" - today
I'll see if i can get in touch with Logitech for a fix or replacement but I can't find the receipt 🙁

Well, good news. The mouse G-Key is fixed (for now).

Whilst I was typing to Logitech, they asked for the product id number which required me to unplug the mouse to see...
Once I plugged it back in, it started to work properly again.

Glad to hear it but keep the support in mind if it happens again. It shouldn't as they use high grade switches so it should last multiple years under heavy gaming use.
