I need to update my Win 7 PC at a site where I don't have good Internet access - so I'm looking at doing the the update manually.

I quickly ran Windows Updates and determined I need to install an update, namely Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 for Windows 7 for x64 (KB4503548) - so when i was back in the city I went on-line to the MS Catalog Update site for the KB4503548, but when I started to download the update I noticed that it was composed of 3 components, ie...
windows6.1-kb4019990-x64_35cc310e81ef23439ba0ec1f11d7b71dd34adfe5.msu
ndp48-kb4503575-x64_8fb38b8d7f7c122fbb703289fdb6481d0b89ada1.exe
ndp48-x86-x64-enu_0885a72554ca76d2cd3ad76f98878f22b6a1d0b2.exe

So I downloaded the files but now I'm wondering how I should go about installing them... ??

Should I just start double clicking on the above files (and is there a particular order that I need to serially install them?) and presumably when I've executed all 3 files then the KB4503548 update will be fully installed.

Thanks for and appreciate the advice...

Thanks Fix_that_Glitch for your reply.

So I went ahead and clicked on the 3 files one at a time beginning with the first one. it came back with a msg that said it couldn't be installed because something was preventing the installation.
I clicked on the 2nd one and it installed. I rebooted.
I clicked on the 3rd one and it installed and I then rebooted.
I came back to the first file and then it installed and I rebooted again.

I then chkd for the MS updates on line - and it curiously showed that for the update "Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 for Windows 7 for x64 (KB4503548) " was still pending update.
So I took the PC over to a friends place who has better Internet access and OK'd MS Updates to install the KB4503548 update, which it did and it cleared the pending update.

Not sure if I did something wrong and why I was unable to manually install the update off-line but at least the PC is now up to date - and I'll try the next needed update(s) and continue to figure how to do the manual updating ...
