Hey everyone!
So, recently I've been receiving errors seeming to come from various dll's in system32. I've gone through about every troubleshooting option to no avail, including automatic repair, sfc /scannow, and chkdsk /f /x /c. I found that it is possible to unzip the "install.wim" file from my installation disk and replace my curent system32 with the one of the disk, however I have a few questions:

1. Will this fix the errors I'm getting with corrupted dll's? Is this a smart decision?
2. Do programs alter specific dll's in system32, meaning hat restoring them to originals would break some programs?
3. Would it be smarter to do a "refresh my PC" option, which, I believe, removes all my programs and replaces any missing or corrupted files? (I've been trying to avoid this because I would have to reinstall A LOT of programs.)

Thanks for any help!
