Help with Motherboard

Hello,

Okay,so I have a lenovo tower PC and I can't find the manual for the motherboard.
The motherboard is a Lenovo mtq45mk (6209au4).
I would like to know what GPU I can get for it and can I upgrade my CPU and the max ram it can take.

Right now it has :
CPU : Intel Core 2 duo E8400
PSU : 280w max
2 GB ram
No GPU
Intel express chipset q45/q43

Well thats all I know about it.

You need a new build it's too outdated , not worth upgrading.
