Hello im trying to build a budget gaming pc for my kids, but I need help. They want to play skyrim with mods and the newer games like bf4 So far I have this.

amd athlon x4 750k
2x4 gb 1600 ram
r7 265 gpu
Corsair cx 430w psu
Msi a78m e35 fm2
Asus dvd-r
fractal core 1000 case
Wd blue 1tb hd

1. Are these parts compatible
2. Is the psu strong enough
3. Can I change the parts to get the price to $500 or under And still be able to play most games on high at 1080 with playable framerates

Most of those motherboards will be fine,if they support the 760K (this one does) and you're happy with 8gb's of ram, which should be enough, than go for the cheapest one if you want to.
This one only supports one system fan so if you wanted to add one fan would it have to be powered by the psu via molex.

Well if you want an AM3+ cpu then it'll go over your budget unless you get 4gb of ram and a r7 260x
