CPU: i5-4690k
GPU: Palit Geforce GTX 970
Mobo: MSI Z97 Gaming 5
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3
Case: Corsair Obsidian 450D ( Would the MSI Z97 gaming 5 mobo fit on this case ?)

* I still don't know what power supply to use*

If you're looking to save some money you should check out the Cooler Master GM power supplies, modular interface as well as 80+ Bronze efficiency and relatively affordable.

would a corsair CS650M 650W 80+ Gold Modular Power Supply do ???

I might change the case to NZXT H440 Raze Edition.. just wanna know if that fits too.. PS: how's my overall build choice? would all those work together without problems with the gpu/cpu??

Yes it will fit, yes the build will run fine,

PSU: Corsair VS650 vs Corsair CS650M??? and what brand of GTX 970 would be the best?? i might change the palit

VS650 = Non modular
All cables are pre-attach to the PSU
CS650M = Modular
Modular power supply will get you a tidy build, because you can de-attach some of the extra power cables
RM650 = Fully Modular
Every power cables can be de-attached.

If you're the kind that likes to show off, fully modular power supply will do.

I would highly recommend by getting the same GPU brand as your mobo's brand
MSI mobo better go with MSI gpu.

If you get components from the same manufacturer they are much more compatible and you can likely control them using the same software. If you're new to building I think you should stick with the non-modular power supplies so you don't have to do some extra work. However, cable management is easier with a modular, so that's personal preference. Do note that the modulars are more expensive.
If you wanna save a bit more, get a power supply that's 500-550W, that's plenty to run a single 970.

thx for that ! ttrue im new to pc building.. uhmm.. the cpu wont have a cooler with it so i have 2 in mind..plz check them out.
http://www.lazada.com.ph/deepcool-ice-wind-pro-cpu-cooler-995814.html or http://www.lazada.com.ph/cooler-master-cm-blizzard-t2-mini-cpu-cooler-1733152.html are any of these compatible with the mobo i chose and with the processor too ??

If you don't intend on overclocking you can get a lower priced cooler that functions like an improved stock one to save some money in the form of the Cooler Master Vortex 211P, or any Vortex cooler from them. If not then out of those two, get the DeepCool Ice Wind as it's cheaper and again, if you don't OC it will be plenty.
