Question Help with my CPU OC.

Today i learned some basic stuff about overclocking. I overclocked it from 2.8 to 3.08. But I didnt change voltage nor the RAM speed. My goal is to OC to 3.8. Is it possible ? Any tips are welcome!
Here are my Pc specifications:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1055T
GPU: GTX 1050 Ti
RAM: 8 GB Kingston DDR3 @ 1,336 MHz
Motherboard: ASRock 890FX Deluxe 3
PSU: Corsair 550W
and I have +2 more coolers in my case.

Dear Lord .... So what should I do ? Pour liquid nitrogen onto it?
