So I have a bit of a problem, I'm going to have to go into some detail. I work from home, and I'm also an active PC gamer. I have both PCs next to each other. Both PCs are also using a LAN connection. Whenever I start using my home PC for anything like downloading a file or game, both PCs get a limited connection through the LAN. However if I keep my home PC on wireless, it's fine and still has a connection while the LAN is limited. I'm able to fix the limited connection by unplugging the Ethernet cable and reconnecting it.
I had my Internet service guy come out this morning and he was saying that my computer possibly is sending information back to my box and is confusing it. I'm at a total loss here.

Here's some info if it's able to help.

Motherboard - MSI Z87 Gaming 5
Internet Service - AT&T
I have 1GB upload speed
Gateway - Pace 5268AC

Any help would be great, I've also been reinstalling drivers but so far nothing has worked.

1| You stated two machines, you've only mentioned one motherboard and no system specs. Can you please pass both system's specs inclusive of your OS?
2| Have you made sure your BIOS for both system's are up to date?
3| Your machine regardless of what it is will send some form of information back to the gateway/device in order to signify that the next packet of data can come through.
4| Have you tried installing only drivers(sans utility) for your Killer Ethernet port? Since you mentioned the issue, I'm assuming you're on Windows 10.
