Question Help with my mojang and minecraft account.

So i have a problem with the fact that the email i used to create my minecraft and mojang account has been deleted and i do not remember my security questions that i set on it (i made it when i was maybe 10 so that's why) and i was wondering is there anything i could do to get my account back and in the best case scenario transfer it to my current email?
It's not that i cant use my minecraft account, i can use it in the launcher since i do remember the accounts password so that isn't the problem.
I'am not expecting that there is any way to do what i'am asking but i thought i might as well ask it here in case there is something i can do to fix this.
