Help with my new system

so i just built a new system with Ci7 and the evga X58 and from time to time, the computer would beep
what does that mean?

You're going to need to provide some more information in order to get any meaningful advice. What are the complete system specs? Does the system run fine other than beeping occasionally? Is there a pattern to the beeps? My guess is that this is a temperature alarm. What are your idle and load CPU temps?

i have Ci7 920
mb: Evga X58
CPU fan: MC V8
ram: corsair dominator 3 gb
PSU: Corsair 750W
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 295

and my CPU is usually at 26 to 28 Celsius. There is no pattern to the beep, ive had this com for about three weeks now and it beeped twice so far. There will be times when my computer just freeze too.

Computer freezes are often caused by RAM problems. Did you manually set the RAM timings and voltage to the manufacturers specs in the BIOS? Have you run memtest86+ overnight to test for RAM errors?
