Help with new computer build

I’m having trouble

I’ve built a new computer. I have an ASUS prime z 390a and it is all put in. A intel i3
Rtx 2060
Gskill ram
And a Bequit! Cool
But when I turn it on It does not bring me to bios or post or anything. When I had just the motherboard in and pressed the power button it would turn on all the case fans and what not but now it doesn’t even move
