Is amd better then i7 in terms of gaming?

You could save a few bucks by reusing Optical Drive. You could also possible reuse the case and hard drive. With 1 of my builds I reused an old case, painted it all up. Just make sure the case supports ATX M/B style. My best advise is to go with AMD processors, and Asus M/B. As far as cooling liquid would be good, but u could use a higher end CPU cooler as well. -Mason

If you are going with an AMD build at this price point get the FX-6300 instead. It has better performance clock for clock and can easily be overclocked on stock voltage to base/turbo clocks of a FX-6350, and overheating won't be a problem with the hyper 212 evo. For 20$ more you can even get the FX-8320.

He just made a build that fits your budget.
