Hello,

I am building this computer because I do a lot of 3D rendering for work and it's too demanding for my older computer. I'll also be doing a decent amount of video production and gaming as well, so I wanted a powerful build that could handle that kind of workload.

I only have a few questions about this build:

1.) Should I be using more than a 1000W PSU? PCPartPicker is saying that these parts technically use less than 500W, but I don't believe that for a second, especially since I'm probably going to overclock the CPU a bit.

2.) Is the Corsair H100i enough cooling for the system, or would you recommend something more? This computer is going to be in my air-conditioned apartment and it never goes above 80 degrees farenheit (~26.6 degrees Celsius,) but I don't know if that would affect the PC at all.

3.) Are there any parts on this build you would recommend I swap for others? I'm going for maximum performance possible. I'd rather spend more to have a better-quality build.

Thank you for your help!

Solution
Looks good, but the EVGA 1000w PSU might be overkill. I mean if you plan to SLI the 1080 in the future, perhaps not.
Otherwise go with a 750w or 800w and it will be just fine as long as its quality one.

Thank you!
