Help with NEWEGG???

I am from India and recently i come to know that newegg is launched in India and i am building a pc!
When i searched the price of a GPU [ Sapphire R9 270X Toxic] On Newegg i was Shocked!! Check it Yourself.!

Why there is so difference?? i was going to order then my friend told me that the will charge taxes and other charges.Guys what will be charge after taxes and how can i know them? Can they refund the money? Please Help me!!
