So i decided to drop the auto OC the MOBO does of my cpu and try to take it to my hands.

MOBO: ASUS Z97 PRO-GAMER
CPU: i5 4690k
PSU: Corsair RM750

As of now it has been running prime95 for 40 min with 4.5 at 1.2V. everything stable.
4.6 at 1.25V bluescreened after 15min. (image related)

my doubt is, should i try to go lower like 1.15V or should i increase to 1.25V and keep 4.5 for stability. someone told me that going lower on the voltage even if stable might increase the heat output? and now im confuse.
thanks in advance

Solution
Lower voltage = less power = lower temps. That's the game of OCing, how high can you push frequency at the lowest stable voltage.
