I have a 2600, gigabyte x470 gaming 5 wifi, 650 gold psu, and a 240mm asetek watercooler. My motherboard doesnt let me run more than 1.41v on the chipset. Any way I can get this to 1.45 / what a generally stable oc would be? This is my first time doing this so forgive my ignorance.

Solution
I OC my Ryzen 5 2600 to 4 GHz on air @ 1.33V.
You might be able to get 4.1 GHz @ 1.4V but I would not recommend using any higher voltage.
