I want to overclock my CPU but I really don't know if I can safely do it and I would really need a step-by-step guide on how to do it the best way

My setup:
i5 6600k CPU
Raijintek aidos CPU Cooler
AsRock z170 Extreme4 MoBo
GTX 1070 Gigabyte FE GPU
EVGA 750GQ PSU
2x8 G.Skill Ripjaws V at 2133mhz RAM

If you could just detail out how to overclock the setup I would be really thankful

Solution
Try overclock of 4.7GHz at 1.356 to 1.38 Vcore,
LLC at Standard.

The maximum "recommended" Vcore for 14 nanometer processors is 1.400 volts.

CPU cooler is a bit better than stock, but its small size does limit its use. Its performance level offers very little extra room for overclocking.
