Question Help with PC Build

Hello folks, first of all i don't know if i'm in the right category but whatever, so my friend told me to build him a PC, maximum 700 euros, I build him a PC in PCPartPicker (i'm not a newbie or anything, i know quite a lot of stuff about computers) and this is what i made for him https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RBs3q4. If you do not see anything please tell me to list everything here. So how does it look? he will probably buy the stuff next month i think or next week not sure. Does everything look good? do i need to change anything? My friend told me that he liked it soo, i want you guys your opinion. Thank you

The stock cooler is plenty for mild to medium overclocking. For higher clocks, you will need a far better cooler, than the one you have chosen.

My friend doesn't know how to overclock so it would be useless to him, but thanks for changing the items, also he wanted everything AMD and the lowest pricing case, but yeah ill tell him about the changes
