Be sure all of your windows updates have installed successfully. Go to program files, and windows update to verify.

I built a machine a few weeks ago, the client said the machine would blue screen on start up, this never happened to me before. I noticed that it was failing to install windows 7 updates. I had to roll back to a previous state, babysit the updates and verify they were installing properly, this fixed the problem.

It's one of the crappy things about installing an OS, everything they patched in since the disk was shipped need to be downloaded and installed, and sometimes the OS will be unstable until this finishes.

when i play games it doesn't crash but when i surf internet or do something other then play game it crashes. sometime goes blue screen and say dumping file sometime freezes with horizontal lines

It seems like an unstable OS, if you want you could try a reinstall of windows. Are you overclocking any components?

An unstable over clock can result in sporadic blue screens and misbehavior as well.

Agreed... in fact I'm sure that was the first thing I suggested.....

Irritating when people ask your advice and then don't listen isn't it

yes i checked bios it says its up to date. but anyways it fix i think , i just changed the slot of the memory and installed dvd drive and it stopped crashing.
thanks for trying to help guys

No worries - glad you got it sorted

PCs are so much better when they work... :)
