Help with Physical memory problem plz!

Is there a free program out there that can maybe help me free up some of my physical memory? its running at 99%

Try razer game boost.

But be warned, its not as effective as advertised..

Nothing beats just adding more ram
Also, there could also be some problems with your pc to constantly run at 99%
