I don't live near a Microcenter. By the way, is 1tb alot of storage? Would you reccomend that I get 500gb?

Better graphics card, low price and the build can still overclock.

Also you should note in games utilizing a better GPU is more important than a better CPU. The FX-8320 is a great chip that performs great, especially a great improvement over the FX-8150 from the Bulldozer generation.
