Help with picking the right ram??

Hello guys,
What ram would you choose with these specs ??
motherboard : MSI H81M-P33 V2 (1150/H81/DDR3)
gpu : SI GeForce GTX750 Ti 2GB OC (V809-872R)
cpu : Intel Core i5-4440

Two of those rams Crucial Ballistix Tactical 4GB DDR3-1600?
or
Two of those rams TeamGroup RAM DDR3 4GB DIMM 1600MHz BULK ?

A friend of mine suggests that the second is better despite the lower timings?
So what would you choose?
Also what do you think of the build? 😛

That's a nice mid range gaming set up. For the RAM crucial is the bigger name, but you really shouldn't notice a difference between the two.
