Help with PSU choice

Hi there ive finally bought the parts of my first ever build and im quite confused with what PSU to choose from. This is my budget build btw

I5 8400
Msi b360m bazooka
Zotac 1050ti mini 4gb
2x4gb kingstone hyperx fury 2400mhz
1tb hdd
120gb ssd

Now, i dont know how many watts of psu i should choose. Im afraid if i buy without thinking it might toast my pc . I saw this unit thats within my budget, silverstone Strider essential 500w 230v non modular 80plus, but i dont know if the watts is enough or the brand is reliable or not.

So is this psu good enough? Or if u have another suggestion feel free to give one. Im so excited to build this pc when i get home from work

What is your budget? That PSU is sufficient but could be better.

That's likely the best you can get, it should be fine

A good quality 400W power supply will suffice.

In the US you can usually find a Corsair CX450 or CX450M on MiR for $30 to $40.

The Silverstone Strider is not good, and not ideal for $30-40 USD.
