Also which card brand should I go Gigabyte or EVGA ? coz EVGA got so much reviews on newegg

That PSU doesn't seem very good, I wouldn't advise using it.

I wouldn't use it. Its an old design and can only deliver ~27amps on the +12v rail. Nvidia reccomends a PSU that can deliver atleast 30a. Both brands are good, but EVGA tends to have better tech support.
