modular, gold quality, only 40$ in US, a good deal imho.... [it's on the same tier as CXM so unless u're doing some heavy overclocking (which i doubt so since your CPU is already way above the GPU itself, i see no need in OCing there...) the PSU is safe and decent enough]

if u're not in US, please do mention it in the first place next time XD

It's way more than you need, but it's a good PSU and only $45 after rebate. Good deal for a 550W Seasonic PSU.

If you just need cheap, this is what I saw. It's still $37 after rebate and shipping so not much cheaper than the one listed above. There is cheaper on newegg, but I wouldn't let them in my house let alone my PC.
