Question Help with Radeon RX 6700XT

Pc is stuttering, games & videos stutter & make this noise. the card itself is not making the sound..

I have a
Corsair RM750X Power supply
16gb ballistix ram
AMD ryzen 7 3700X Processor
Rog Strix X570-F Motherboard

what resolution?
look like you change the gpu, did you remove the old gpu driver?

I took out a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060(3gb) & replaced it with the said AMD Radeon RX 6700XT (Red Devil)
I Run 3440x1440p (which this new card can do)
I didn't think to remove the old drivers, how do i do that?
Im currently about to head off to work
