Question Help with RAM Running Slowly

Hello All,

I've got two 16GB sticks of Crucial DDR4 3200Mhz installed in my Gigabyte Z390 Designare with a 9900K and I can't seem to get them to operate any faster than 2800Mhz.

Any suggestions on how I can get the memory to operate at 3200mhz? I already enable XMP.

Thanks in advance.

since you have cpu-z what the memory tab said?

General
Type: DDR4
Size: 32 GBytes
Channels #: Dual
DC Mode: (this one is blank)
NB Frequency: varys, typically around 4300 MHz, but drops all the way to 900 MHz

Timings
DRAM Frequency: 1066.7 MHz to 1066.5 MHz
FSB : DRAM: 1:16
CAS# Latency (CL) 15.0 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD): 15 clocks
RAS# Precharge (tRP): 15 clocks
Cycle Time (tRAS): 36 clocks
Row Refresh Cycle Time (tFRC): 374 clocks
Command Rate (CR): 2T
DRAM Idle Timer: (this one is blank)
Total CAS# (tRDRAM): (this one is blank)
Row to Column (tRCS): (this one is blank)

Looks like that was actually with XMP disabled. Here's what it looks like with XMP enables at 3200Mhz.
General
Type: DDR4
Size: 32 GBytes
Channels #: Dual
DC Mode: (this one is blank)
NB Frequency: varys, typically around 4300 MHz, but drops all the way to 900 MHz

Timings
DRAM Frequency: 1400MHz
FSB : DRAM: 1:28
CAS# Latency (CL) 16.0 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD): 18 clocks
RAS# Precharge (tRP): 18 clocks
Cycle Time (tRAS): 36 clocks
Row Refresh Cycle Time (tFRC): 559 clocks
Command Rate (CR): 2T
DRAM Idle Timer: (this one is blank)
Total CAS# (tRDRAM): (this one is blank)
Row to Column (tRCS): (this one is blank)

And on the "SPD" tab, the SPD Ext. field says XMP 2.0 and the last column in the Timings table says "XMP-3200" and claims a 3200MHz frequency.
