Question Help with Rear Master Fan/Reset Switch connections on CiT case ?

Normally the Reset Switch connects to the motherboard but for some reason on this CiT Delta ARGB case, The rear fan connects to the Reset Switch.
when I opened the case, the wire was half connected, so i disconnected to reconnect but instantly wasn't sure which way round to connect these wires together.
Arrow to Arrow or both flat plastic sides on the same side? (i thought about removing the rear fan but its the master fan for RGB and front fans).

Ive taken multiple pictures to show which way round, theres nothing in the manual and i cannot find anything online.
