I'm about to refresh my windows 8 OEM PC that I assembled myself. I already knew that it would remove installed applications from my C: drive, however after navigating the preceeding menus it gave me a list of applications to be uninstalled. This list included apps from my D: drive. Will these apps really be uninstalled or is Windows misinterpreting them due to the desktop shortcuts (they're mostly games that took >5 days total to completely install, which would be a pain to reinstall) and will it affect any other files on my D: drive?
