Help with rental gaming cpu please

An individual who owed me money settled the debt with a desktop computer. Upon starting the rig it has a block on it from a leasing company. Needless to say they won't unlock it and took him to collections now I have this paper weight. My question is there a component I can replace to make it functional again? Thanks in advance.

We are not going to help you bypass those security measures. Only the leasing company can legally help you with that.
