Help with screws

So i bought a 2TB drive and installed it but i can only tighten the screws with my hand not a screwdriver since its a really small place and my screw drivers are really big so will i need to buy a smaller screw driver or is there a cheaper way to fix it cause im scared that the screw might fall off and it might damage my Hard drive

What case are you using? Can you not take the other side off to get better access? Does the HDD Carrier not come out so you can fix the HDD to that then put it back in the case?
