Help with Shadowplay

When i press f10 to record last 5 minutes of my game (Rust) i look at the video back to see that most of my game play is stuttering and freezing, but when i was playing the game i didn't recall any fps drops or stuttering? how do i fix this?

Gpu/cpu? It heavily uses gpu so you need the overhead.

Recording to ssd is important....or at least a 7200rpm hdd.
