[SOLVED] Help with SSD and motherboard

Hello!

I was wondering if there would be any problems adding Samsung 980 PRO 1TB SSD (PCIe Gen 4.0 x4, NVMe 1.3c, up to 7000/5000MB/s read/write) to this motherboard?

I've already got the WD Blue SN550 NVMe SSD. I've tried reading the specifications but I'm not sure it will function properly with that motherboard.

By the way, is there any other SSDs with similar price that you would rather recommend?

The 2x M.2 ports on that are only Gen 3.

The 980 Pro is a Gen 4.

It will work, but NOT reach its rated speed.


Other drive? 970 Evo.
