Question Help with the Right type of motherboard

Hello, so I already bought a used gaming pc but im looking to upgrade.
I don't know what motherboard also. I'm looking to build a silent PC so I would need if im not mistaken a motherboard that can control the fan's speed which i currently can't with mine even in the BIOS i wasn't able to do it. So if someone can help me in giving me a stylish motherboard where i can configure lots of things would be great.

My specs are:
Xigmatek Mid Tower Case
8Gb RAM DDR4 1600
GeForce 1060
240 and 480 SSD HIKVision
Intel Core I5 7400

I also bought 2 Fans silent wings from BeQuiet for the noise problem and also because the GPU tend to hit the 80 degrees on Dying Light high settings

Open the case and look at the power supply.

This information should be printed on the power supply case, itself, or on a label affixed to the power supply case.

So I couldn't get to the PSU my case is really weird but the only thing I could hardly see written on it was ATX 8500 if that helps
