Help with turning on pc

When I turn on power, only my gpu has a white led light up. Otherwise nothing!

Do you have your monitor plugged into the video port on your motherboard or graphics card? Make sure it is plugged into the graphics card. If it already is, try reseating your RAM. Make sure your computer is off, take out your RAM, put it back in, and turn it back on.

My case fans don't even turn on only that white led on gpu, btw I'm on my phone so I don't know how to reply
