Help with upgrading

I run Windows 10, my system specs are: AMD FX- 6300 Six Core Processor 3.50GHz, a GeForce GTX 970 8VRam, 8gb Ram, Motherboard Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P, Power supply ATX 600W EVGA 80Plus Bronze 600B 100-B1-06000-KR
Is it worth it upgrading my FX 6300? If so, what other CPU would you recommend me?

Tbh, you won't see much of a difference with these fx processors, but there will be one.

i5-4460 is a good Intel CPU for your GPU. There wouldn't be any bottleneck issues and the CPU would be able to handle most games very well.
