Help with watercooling fittings

Does 10/13 fittings work with G1/4'' radiators?

the 10/13 dimension is for the tubing. as far as i have seen there is only 1/4 connections to hook up fittings to radiators/reservoirs

so these will work with a 1/4 radiator
