Water cooling is more expensive than air. It has more risks (leaks), and unless you are doing some hardcore overclocking, IMHO, air cooling would do well enough.
well im planing on ryzen 1600 so i dont think i need a AIO. or IMHO
rather get ain aircooler. Unless you got a bit extra to spice things up. I'd say watercooling is quite safe nowadays. I have a cheapie Rajentek triton 240 (100 usd) and it's been keeping my i7 6700k under 80 on prime95. It's transparent tubing too, so it looks dope.
Anyway, a good air cooler will definitely be sufficient
