Help with Win 8.1 re install

Hi - corrupted windows 8.1 a few days ago, now trying to do a reinstall, but get a message,
can't install to this disk (disk 0), it has an MBR table, but Win needs a gpt disk. Yet, this is the same disk it Win was installed on. Anyway, what do I do?

Hey - thanx - I'm going to give you best answer so this can be closed. What i actually ended up doing
was going into BIOS and changing my Boot (DVD) drive from EFI to Legacy & that solved the issue.
