I have a Lenovo Yoga 11e and i already re-formated the hard drive and have Ubuntu installed, but due to the crap performance of the "great" linux OS, I would like to re-install Windows. I have tried using Rufus to Write a Windows 7 Disk Image to a USB but it didn't boot, it simply went to the Ubuntu boot screen when i selected the USB from the boot menu, and it did the same thing when i tried it with a Windows XP iso. Is there anything I am doing wrong?

You have to change the boot order in your BIOS.

I tried, but the BIOS is locked with a password, this was my school issued laptop but they have the BIOS locked, me and my freind were both surprised when we were able to get linux to install...

Well then....can't help you with that.
Assistance with circumventing any security measures is strictly against the rules here.
